Event Details:
Upon arrival at Progress Park, park your car, TEXT 323-330-4722 to advise you have arrived, and then find the large red CHECK-IN FLAG.

The Vendor On-Site Contact on 11/2 is ONLY Evelin Tamayo Hernandez, and she can be reached via texting the above #.
You will coordinate with her to secure your space. Please do not ask City employees for guidance.

Loading Details:
Evelin will be there to let you know where to go and how best to load in. If driving in, you will drop ALL items off, remove and park your car, then return to setup completely.
At the end of the market, and when advised to, please strike down your setup completely before beginning loading process.
Evelin is your on-site contact for any questions you have during the event.
