UPDATE 1/12/2024

1) New Call Out Process

For all markets, please utilize our new voice message system effective immediately.

Effective January 1st, 2024, when you need to call out for a market, with 24 hr notice, please always utilize the following PHONE # at any time:

TEXT US: 323-330-4722

Effective February 1st, 2024, no on-site managers will respond to texts or calls regarding attendance from vendors outside of messages to 323-330-4722.

**Call out messages on the below platforms will not be accepted moving forward:

  • Instagram
  • Messenger
  • Facebook
  • Google
  • Email
  • VenaVer Staff Cell #s

Thanks for adjusting to these changes. These are in response to mobile compliance laws during an election year, and the need to streamline communication in our organization

See below for 3 different ways you can pay for your market fees at VenaVer Events’:

Venmo, Zelle, & Stripe


VENMO

Available for Market Day & Pre-Paid Minimum fees

@VenaVerEvents is the account name.

Payment Link: https://venmo.com/u/VenaVerEvents

You’ll see our logo on the account. If it asks for the last 4 digits, it is 0480.

When paying via Venmo – please indicate the following details upon submission:

  • Contact Name
  • Company Name
  • Market Name
  • Market Date

ZELLE

Available for Market Day & Pre-Paid Minimum Fees

310-739-4391 is the # of the account holder

Attn: Evelin Tamayo Hernandez

When paying via Zelle – please indicate the following in the “memo” when submitting:

  • Contact Name
  • Company Name
  • Event Name
  • Event Date

Stripe Credit Card, Apple Pay, & Google Pay

Use Stripe Secure Payment Portal to Pre-Pay your Vendor Fees using the following:

Credit Card (Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Affirm, & Cash App Pay.

Note: Best for Information Booths that need digital invoices/receipts

When paying via Stripe – please indicate the following in the provided fields:

  • CardHolder/ Contact Name
  • Company Name
  • Market or Event Name
  • Market or Event Date
